CMS Belgium advised the shareholders of Scaldis Group on the sale of their group to Elis, the French stock-listed company. Scaldis is a major European player in the "Cleanroom" sector (workwear for sectors with specific needs, such as medical-pharmaceutical, microelectronic and aerospace). CMS acted alongside KBC Securities as financial adviser.
The team that assisted the Scaldis Group, both in the negotiations of the sale and in connection with commercial agreements, included Vincent Dirckx, David Prync, Lola Verelst (Corporate/M&A) and Renaud Dupont (Commercial).
