CMS Belgium assisted Transport Ferroviaire Holding (an affiliate of the logistic division of SNCF Group) in the acquisition of Railtraxx group, an independant Belgian railway group companies operating freight transport throughout Europe (mainly Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands). The transaction was signed on 15 March 2019 and completed on 29 March 2019.
The CMS team that assisted SNCF Group included Arnaud Van Oekel, David Prync, Mathilde van der Stegen, Bjorn Delmoitié, Gaël Chuffart, Gil Gennaux, Kim Gillade, Laurine Georgis and Arnout Vaninbroukx.
