Emil is an associate in the CMS Sofia Real Estate practice group.
He has practical experience in the fields of contract, property, civil law, commercial law, litigation and substantial and procedural administrative law.
Emil is regularly involved in real estate transactions, such as M&A deals, including on the due diligence phase, disposals of real estate assets, and development related work in various real estate sub-sectors, such as offices, residential, logistics. He has also worked on leases of office spaces.
