CMS advises VVV Next Gen Storage on 40MWh Dalgopol battery energy storage project in Bulgaria

CMS has advised VVV Next Gen Storage on the Dalgopol Storage Park battery energy storage system (BESS) project in Bulgaria.
The project has been commissioned and is now operational, with a power capacity of 10MW and an energy storage capacity of 40MWh, providing four hours of discharge duration. The project was developed by VVV Next Gen Storage, part of VVV Group, and is operated and managed by VVV Quantum Energy.

The project expands VVV’s energy storage footprint to Dalgopol and marks another step in the continued growth of its portfolio of flexible energy storage assets.

The CMS team  was led by Kostadin Sirleshtov and Borislava Piperkova, and included Vaska Solakova, Maya Mircheva and Emil Karasanov (Real Estate); Alexander Rangelov (Tax); Viktoriya Dimitrova, Lyuba Bozova-Peshovska, Stoyana Petrova, Niya Ivanova and Boris Kirov (Energy, Projects and Construction).
