Viktoriya is an associate in the Energy, Projects and Construction team at CMS Sofia. Her areas of interest and expertise include energy and environmental law, corporate and commercial matters, and project development. 

Before joining CMS, Viktoriya obtained practical experience and gained knowledge working in the consultancy sector, for one of the leading boutique Bulgarian law firms, and for a large national electricity trader on the liberalised energy market. Viktoriya has advised local and multinational clients in the energy sector and has considerable experience with public sector mandates. Her work record includes advising clients on renewable energy projects, acquisitions, project assessment, regulatory compliance, as well as on business specific issues for strictly regulated sectors under Bulgarian and EU legislation.
