CMS Hong Kong and HKIAC join forces to share insights on ways to more effectively resolve investment disputes. Neil Kaplan CBE QC SBS – the father of arbitration in Hong Kong – will draw a roadmap for investment arbitrators to achieve this goal, and Sarah Grimmer – HKIAC Secretary-General – will identify ways in which institutions can assist in improving the conduct of investment arbitrations.
Attendance is free of charge but is reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. Seats are limited. Early registration is encouraged. Drinks will be served followed by the lecture.
