Frankfurt/Main – BKS eG has sold all its shares in Vitamaze GmbH to Vision Healthcare NV. Vitamaze is a leading European e-commerce provider of vitamins, minerals, and supplements (VMS) operating mainly through Amazon and e-pharma channels, in particular online pharmacies. The transaction also includes the US subsidiary of Vitamaze GmbH, Vispura. Vision Healthcare NV is a Belgian company focusing on consumer healthcare, including direct-to-consumer VMS platforms. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Hendrik Hirsch advised BKS on all legal aspects of the deal, including regulatory issues.
