    Frankfurt/Main, 05.11.2024 – BS2 Systemhaus GmbH, an IT service provider based in Koblenz and Boppard-Udenhausen that specializes in digital infrastructure and IT operations for small and medium-sized companies, is joining the connexta Group. This step continues connexta's growth strategy and strengthens its position as a leading hybrid cloud service provider for German medium-sized companies.

    The transaction will enable BS2 to expand its expertise in the areas of modern workplace, cloud, IT security and an extensive training program for end customers. For connexta, BS2 brings valuable regional roots and industry knowledge, particularly in the areas of healthcare, tax and legal advice.

    A CMS team led by partner Dr Peter Polke provided comprehensive legal advice to BS2.
