Jonas Hötzel advises German and international companies on individual and collective employment law, drafting and reviewing employment and service agreements as well as advising on works constitution law issues. He also handles the employment law aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and the transfer of employment relationships in the context of acquisitions, sales and mergers.
Jonas joined CMS in 2024 from a major international law firm where he had started his career in 2022.
