CMS advises Fels-Werke on the sale of Fels Izvest to the Russian Bonolit Group

Stuttgart – Fels-Werke GmbH has sold 100 per cent of its shares in the Russian Fels Izvest O.O.O.. Fels-Werke GmbH is a member of CRH (Cement Roadstone Holding plc.), one of the world's leading manufacturers of building materials. The buyer of the shares is the Russian group Bonolit. Fels Izvest O.O.O. was founded in 2006 and specialises in the production of lime products.
