Peter Ollesch advises German and international companies on the acquisition and sale of companies, property and real estate portfolios (asset and share deals). His practice also covers joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate actions as well as general corporate law issues. Peter’s clients include large medium-sized companies in Germany and abroad, international groups as well as strategic investors, asset managers and family businesses.
Peter Ollesch joined CMS in 2016 after four years as a research assistant in the department for civil, commercial, tax and business law at the University of Halle-Wittenberg. He has been a counsel since 2022.
