CMS advises Fyrish Ventures and TEN Texentium on the acquisition of Inpixon GmbH

Düsseldorf – Fyrish Ventures AB and TEN Texentium Expert Network GmbH have acquired Inpixon GmbH. The seller was XTI Aerospace, Inc., a US Nasdaq-listed aerospace company.

A CMS team led by Dr Jürgen Frodermann advised the buyers on all phases of the transaction. In addition to corporate law issues, the advice particularly included managing the due diligence, structuring the transaction and closely coordinating with all of the international parties involved.

Inpixon GmbH specialises in real-time location services (RTLS) and develops solutions for the precise localisation of people and objects indoors. With this acquisition, Fyrish Ventures AB and TEN Texentium Expert Network GmbH are strengthening their technological expertise in the field of data-driven location solutions and are therefore creating the basis for further growth in a dynamic market environment.
