Jürgen Frodermann advises companies on national and international M&A transactions and joint ventures. With more than 30 years of experience, he works on cross-border transactions and also advises his clients on corporate and capital markets law issues.

Jürgen started his legal career in 1992 with one of the firms that later merged to set up CMS and was made partner in 1995. He is a member of several advisory boards and the co-publisher and author of leading German guides to the European Company (SE) and stock corporation law.
