Frankfurt/Main – Midland IT GmbH, an IT services company with its registered office in Minden, is to become part of the connexta group. Midland IT is a great asset to the group, particularly in the area of cloud transformation and scalable managed services. One of the company's particular strengths lies in the migration of legacy systems. By joining the connexta group, Midland IT is expanding its range of services and as a result increasing its resources and market potential.
A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Peter Polke advised Midland IT on all legal aspects of the transaction. The last accession to the connexta group (BS2 Systemhaus) was also supported by CMS.
