Berlin – Ikaruspark GmbH, part of the Austrian S IMMO Group, has sold the Ikaruspark business park in Puchheim near Munich in an asset deal. The buyer is IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, acting for the account of the Palmira Unternehmensimmobilien Club 2 fund. Located close to Munich’s motorway ring road, the business park has a total rental area of around 14,500 square metres. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
A CMS team led by Dr Julius Städele, Dr Matthias Kuß and Jesko Nobiling advised Ikaruspark GmbH on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction. A key focus of the advice was on the tax structuring of the transaction. The S IMMO Group has been a CMS client for many years.
