Julius advises investors, financial institutions and companies on all aspects of real estate law and assists them in national and international real estate transactions and project developments. He also regularly advises on regulatory issues in the real estate sector.

Julius‘ practice further covers public procurement law and public commercial law. He also assists and represents clients in procurement proceedings as well as in complex administrative proceedings and legal disputes.

Julius has been working as a lawyer since 2017. Since 2021, he is a certified lawyer for procurement law. He has been a counsel since 2022.

In 2022, he successfully passed the notarial professional examination (Notarielle Fachprüfung). He regularly acts as a notary representative (Notarvertreter).

  • 2016: Second State Examination in Law
  • 2014: Ph.D. on International Law and Master of Laws (LL.M.)
  • 2012: First state Examination in Law
  • Trainee lawyer at Berlin Higher Regional Court including placements at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and the Federal Constitutional Court
