Julius advises investors, financial institutions and companies on all aspects of real estate law. He particularly supports them in national and international real estate transactions, project developments, legal asset management and strategic matters.
The focus of his legal practice lies in the living sector and in complex transformation projects. He also regularly advises on regulatory issues in the real estate industry.
Julius Städele also works as a notary (Notar) based in Berlin. His notarial focus is on real estate law and corporate law.
Julius Städele has been with CMS since 2018. He also regularly gives lectures at the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS).
