Dusseldorf, 02.07.2024 – Scannell Kitzingen 118 GmbH has sold the property conneKT 34 in Industriepark Kitzingen, which is developed with a logistics property, to Cabot Properties. The property is located within the Würzburg metropolitan region and is directly connected to the A3 and A7 motorways. The parties have agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction.
A CMS team headed by Philipp Schönnenbeck and Dr Franz Maurer provided Scannell with comprehensive legal advice on this transaction. CMS regularly advises Scannell and has already been involved in the acquisition of several parts of the logistics park in Kitzingen and other interlinked real estate transactions in 2019.
