Nicole Köppen advises on public commercial law. Her practice focuses on public construction and planning law, environmental law, and subsidy law. She has extensive experience in advising on real estate developments in connection with the creation of building planning law and the drafting and negotiation of urban development contracts and development agreements. Nicole Köppen also has many years of expertise in providing construction law support for real estate transactions. She regularly advises and represents clients in building permit proceedings as well as in appeal and court proceedings.
Nicole joined CMS in 2017. In 2026, she assumed the role of Counsel.
