Frankfurt/Main, 23.09.2024 – SYNQONY, a group for digitalization solutions in waste and environmental management, and WasteWatcher.NET GmbH, a software provider with a smart solution for container management, have joined forces. With this acquisition, SYNQONY is further expanding its product portfolio for a digitized circular economy, particularly in the area of municipal waste management services. In return, WasteWatcher.NET and its customers will benefit from SYNQONY's innovative strength and smart products. The parties have agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction.
