Stuttgart – Nasdaq-listed AI company Altair has acquired World Programming, a technology company specialising in data analytics software. Through the acquisition of World Pro-gramming, Altair aims to drive the development of software solutions based on different programming languages, such as Python, R and SAS, integrated into a single programme. This is intended to enable companies to transit to hybrid IT architecture.

An international team consisting of John Hammond and Sarah McMaster supported Altair's US lead counsel, Peter Ehrenberg, on this transaction.
