Sarah is an Of Counsel in our Employees Incentives team. Sarah specialises in employee share schemes and incentive arrangements, working with a broad range of clients (from early-stage companies through to global corporate groups). Sarah helps companies to design and implement equity and incentive arrangements and is a member of the CMS team supporting the ShareReporter venture (developing online solutions for global share plan compliance). Sarah also advises on the taxation of employees and directors, including overseas secondment and expatriate planning.
