CMS advises zwissSUN on the sale of Heinrich Büscher to MV Line

    Stuttgart, 26.07.2024 - zwissSUN GmbH has sold all of its shares in Heinrich Büscher GmbH - Sonnenschutzsysteme, a leading manufacturer of interior sun and insect protection products. The purchaser is the Italian MV Line Group, an Italian manufacturer of insect and sun protection systems for indoor and outdoor use. The acquisition provides the MV Line Group with the opportunity to distribute its own products via the Heinrich Büscher GmbH -Sonnenschutzsysteme dealer network in Germany.

    A CMS team headed by Dr Claus-Peter Fabian and Katharina Ivic advised zwissSUN GmbH on all legal aspects of the transaction. zwissSUN GmbH, which is a subsidiary of Dr. Zwissler Holding AG, headquartered in Gerstetten, Baden-Württemberg, regularly relies on the expertise of CMS. Recently, for example, in connection with the sale of all shares in LEINER GmbH, a manufacturer of sunblind and terrace roof systems from Horgau in Bavaria, to Gibus Deutschland GmbH.
