Claus-Peter Fabian has long-standing experience advising on national and international M&A transactions and on corporate law matters. In this context, his work also focuses on cross-border restructurings and transformations as well as on structuring national and international joint ventures.

Claus-Peter joined CMS in 1999 and worked in the firm’s Prague office from 2002 to 2003 where he is also admitted to the Czech bar. He has been a partner since 2004 and teaches law at the University of Heidelberg.
