The Cologne private equity fund Argantis has acquired Sarnamotive Schenk GmbH, Esslingen, and Sarnamotive Bohemia s.r.o., Liberec (the Czech Republic) with the involvement of the management of the Swiss company Sarna Kunststoff Holding AG. Sarnamotive Schenk and Sarnamotive Bohemia, which specialise in manufacturing high-class plastic linings and functional components for the automotive industry, jointly form Schenk Bohemia Group (SBG), Esslingen. SBG has been taken over as part of the strategy of Sarna Kunststoff Holding AG to concentrate on its core business in the construction industry.
