CMS Hasche Sigle advises Bitburger Holding on acquisition of Sterntaler GmbH

Frankfurt/Main – Bitburger Holding GmbH has acquired a majority stake in Sterntaler, the Dornburg-based manufacturer of children's fashionwear and toys.

A team from CMS Hasche Sigle led by lead partner Dr Martin Bell advised Bitburger on all aspects of the transaction.

Sterntaler GmbH is synonymous with high-quality products for toddlers. The family business, now in its second generation, chiefly produces baby clothing in addition to teddy bears and other toys and is the market leader in the accessories segment. The company has more than 500 employees worldwide, 170 of whom are based in Germany.
