Leipzig – HUK-COBURG-Allgemeine Versicherung AG has acquired a residential and commercial building from the MSREF VI Fund. Located at Neumarkt 10 in central Leipzig, the property offers some 3,640 square metres of rental space.
A team from CMS Hasche Sigle led by lead partner Gerd Schmidt advised HUKCOBURG on all aspects of the transaction from the start.
Situated in the heart of Leipzig's business district, the building features a mix of commercial, office and residential uses. The anchor tenants in the fully let property include health insurer Techniker Krankenkasse and a footwear retailer, Klauser. The purchase price was not disclosed.
