Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW) cooperates with the consultancy firm goetzpartners in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). LBBW was advised on the formation of the Joint Venture by a CMS Hasche Sigle team led by Dr Thomas Meyding. Both shareholders, LBBW and goetzpartners, have a 50 percent share in the Joint Venture.
The new Joint Venture "LBBW Equity Partners" will support LBBW's corporate customers in the purchase and sale of businesses and part businesses as well as mergers, takeovers and capital raising measures.
Through this LBBW expands its services for medium-sized companies. With seven offices in five countries, the consultancy firm goetzpartners is one of the leading corporate finance advisers and consultancy firms in Europe.
CMS Hasche Sigle has successfully advised LBBW on several M&A transactions in the past.
