CMS Hasche Sigle advises LHI Leasing on acquisition of retail park in Erding

LHI Leasing has acquired a retail park in Erding on behalf of the LHI "Fachmarktzentrum Erding" fund for private investors. The tenants in the first and second phases of the development, which offer a total area of 8,800 square metres, include C&A, New Yorker, Mister Lady, Takko, Siemes and the Rossmann health and beauty chain. The third and fourth phases are under construction and already leased on a long-term basis ahead of completion.

A team from CMS Hasche Sigle led by lead partners Dr Oliver Thurn and Dr Stefan Höß advised LHI on all aspects of the transaction from the start.

Recently, CMS Hasche Sigle supported LHI on its acquisition of a food store in Altötting.
