Dr. Hubert Schmid has extensive expertise in advising landlords and tenants on commercial tenancy law. He provides ongoing advice to real estate companies in all legal issues to ensure a successful asset management, in particular in the context of leases and lease amendments. Hubert also advises prominent companies on the tenant side.
His work includes advising on real estate transactions on both the buyer and seller side. Another focus is on private construction law and residential property law. He is an experienced litigator. Hubert has graduated as a specialist lawyer for tenancy and residential property law. Alongside his legal practice, he teaches at the Akademie für Immobilienwirtschaft ADI (Academy for Real Estate).
