CMS Hasche Sigle advises on acquisition of Technidata by SAP
Stuttgart – SAP AG is acquiring software manufacturer Technidata, with the transaction due to be completed at the start of the third quarter. The purchase price and terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
A team led by partners Dr Axel Sigle and Dr Claus-Peter Fabian advised the shareholders and management of Technidata AG on all aspects of the transaction.
Headquartered in Markdorf, Technidata AG employs some 500 people around the world. The company has offices in Europe, the US and Asia and is the world market leader for EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) solutions. Technidata and SAP have worked together successfully for many years.
