Allianz Immobilien GmbH has sold its subsidiary Allianz CenterManagement GmbH to ECE in Hamburg.
The company will operate under a new name as a subsidiary of ECE-Gesellschaft GB Immobilien GmbH.
It will continue to be responsible for the Allianz purchasing centres and other owners.
Allianz Immobilien GmbH has thus established a strategic partnership with ECE and found an ideal
company to handle its retail properties.
The purchasing centres managed by Allianz CenterManagement GmbH include the Europa Passage and
the Hanse-Viertel in Hamburg, the Sophienhof and the Querpassage in Kiel, the Kröpeliner Tor Center
in Rostock, the Burgpassage and Welfenhof in Brunswick, the Stadtpassage in Salzgitter, Hürth Park
in Hürth, the Darmstädter Hof Centrum in Heidelberg and the Königsbau Passagen in Stuttgart. The
sale of the Allianz CenterManagement GmbH to ECE is a further important step for Allianz Immobilien
GmbH in reinforcing the capital investment activities of the Allianz real estate business.
This is the second transaction in one year to be handled by the CMS Hasche Sigle team for
Allianz Immobilien GmbH and followed on naturally from the sale of Allianz Wohneigentum GmbH in
December 2007.
