Theresa Friedle focusses on environmental and planning law, advising clients in the energy sector, industry and public sector on complex authorisation and planning approval procedures, often for renewable energy projects. She assists in compiling application documents, applying for licences and carrying out planning and approval procedures, cooperating with authorities and any related disputes. Theresa has special expertise in immission control law.

Theresa joined CMS in 2023.
