Andreas Bruns is a member of the Legal Tech team within the firm‘s Smart Solutions unit, advising our clients on the development and implementation of complex automation projects. With experience in the use of a range of contract automation systems, he specialises in the automation of contracts in various practice areas including corporate/M&A, IP, TMC, private clients and employment law. Andreas also reviews legal tech solutions for both internal and external use by clients.

Andreas joined CMS in 2019.
