Anna Uhrig advises German and international industrial and trading companies on all legal aspects relating to procurement, production and distribution of goods and services, as well as supporting them in other legal issues concerning their operational business. She drafts and negotiates framework agreements, supply agreements, purchasing agreements, distribution and other agreements for both domestic and international operations. Anna’s practice also covers warranty rights and (product) liability issues. She often advises companies in the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors.
Anna joined CMS in early 2022.
