Stuttgart, 26.08.2024 – The Syntegon Group has sold its food liquid division to the DUBAG Group, a German private equity investor based in Munich. The deal comprises the German and US subsidiaries Ampack GmbH and Osgood Industries LLC. Syntegon, a portfolio company held by CVC Capital Partners, is a global provider of processing and packaging technologies as well as being a strategic partner in this field.
A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Claus-Peter Fabian advised Syntegon on all legal aspects of the transaction.
