Anna Louisa Wittlich, LL.M. (University of Bristol)

Anna Louisa Wittlich provides advice to German and international companies of various sizes and sectors on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. She is an expert in drafting employment contracts and resolving issues that arise during an employment relationship. She also specialises in matters relating to the termination of employment, particularly dismissals, mutual termination agreements and settlement agreements. She also drafts works agreements and advises on matters of co-determination within companies, as well as supporting restructuring and transfers of undertakings.

Anna Louisa Wittlich began her legal career at CMS in 2020 and returned to the firm in 2026 after a brief period elsewhere.
