Annemarie Mauthner advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. She advises companies on the establishment and termination of employment and service contracts and also represents her clients in employment tribunals and before public authorities. Her work also includes the preparation and implementation of restructuring in companies as well as personnel adjustment measures.

Another focus of her work is the introduction of modern forms of work and advising companies in particular on the topics of mobile working, home office, working from abroad and employee management in remote forms of work.

Annemarie joined CMS in 2003. She has been a counsel since 2020.
