Benedikt Straubinger provides counsel to both domestic and international companies on matters of restructuring and insolvency law.

His clientele includes businesses impacted by a crisis themselves, through their business partners or their shareholdings. His advisory practice emphasizes out-of-court restructuring proceedings, including those under the German Corporate Stabilisation and Restructuring Act (StaRUG), and addresses restructuring issues related to corporate and financial law.

Prior to insolvency filings, Benedikt advises on the criteria for filing and strategies to avert it. In cases where insolvency applications are required, he assists in the preparation and execution of restructuring measures during insolvency proceedings, particularly in self-administration scenarios, and prepares insolvency plans.
