Dr. Benjamin Münnich

Benjamin Münnich advises on all aspects of individual and collective labour law. He specialises in advising medium-sized and international groups on restructuring, staff adjustment measures, transfers of undertakings and transaction projects. Benjamin advises on dismissal disputes and complex dismissal negotiations and conducts negotiations on reconciliation of interests, social plans and voluntary redundancy programmes in the context of corporate restructuring. He also has expertise in European works council issues, SE works council issues and the introduction of (cross-border) matrix structures. Another focus of his work is the development of legal tech applications. Benjamin Münnich co-developed the CMS Restructuring Manager.
