Birgit Schlemmer advises German and international investors, banks, energy supply companies and municipal utilities on domestic and international M&A transactions and projects. She has a focus on the energy sector, both with respect to conventional and, in particular, renewable energy sources. She also advises on restructurings and joint ventures.
Birgit joined CMS in 2018 and was appointed Counsel of the law firm. She is a lecturer for the Stuttgart Bar Association and the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court.
