Björn Hopen advises on corporate, ESG, energy and climate change matters. He supports clients in particular in the areas of decarbonisation, EU emissions trading law and government subsidy programmes, both on the part of grantors and recipients. He also advises listed and medium-sized companies on matters of corporate and stock corporation law, in particular with regard to ESG issues.

He joined CMS in 2024.
