Cara Warmuth advises German and international companies on all aspects of corporate law, including M&A transactions and litigation in corporate law conflicts.

After having set up her own law firm in 2017, Cara joined CMS in 2022. She has many years of experience working as a research assistant at the University of Hanover’s institute for IT law, including a research stay at the University of Granz as a “Land Steiermark Fellow”.
