Compliance expert Carolin Ebke provides preventive advice and assists with the introduction and implementation of compliance management programmes. Her clients include medium-sized and listed companies whom she furthermore advises on internal investigations to clarify and appraise compliance breaches. Carolin’s practice also covers corporate crime. She represents her clients in damages actions as well as before crime courts and law enforcements authorities.
Carolin joined CMS in 2018 and became counsel in 2024.
