Carolin Weiß advises medium-sized and listed companies on compliance matters, including the development, implementation and optimisation of compliance management systems and internal investigations to clarify legal violations. She also represents clients before investigating authorities, criminal courts and in proceedings for damages.
Carolin furthermore advises and represents nationally and internationally operating companies in civil court proceedings, with a focus on tort and contractual liability litigation. Her practice also covers legal technology issues.
