With expertise in all legal aspects relating to the structuring, protection and succession of private and corporate assets, Cedric advises high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs on German and international estate planning and corporate succession. He assists his clients in their succession processes, particularly handling lifetime transfers of assets as well as testamentary dispositions and the associated marital property matters. Cedric also advises on the planning and implementation of family-owned businesses and the development of foundation structures.
