Chantal Ahnefeld advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, including representing her clients in proceedings before German labor courts and assisting them in out-of-court negotiations. She has special expertise in the structuring and termination of employment and service agreements and in providing employment law advice during complex corporate restructurings.

Chantal started her legal career in 2022 with the employment law practice of an international commercial law firm before joining CMS in 2023.
