Chantal Ahnefeld advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. One of her key areas of expertise is planning and supporting operational change processes such as complex restructurings, outsourcing and staff adjustment measures. She also handles negotiations with works councils and trade unions and represents clients in proceedings before labour courts. She has particular experience with HR compliance matters (including the use of external personnel) and the introduction of new IT tools.

Chantal started her career as a lawyer in 2022 in the employment law practice of another international commercial law firm before joining CMS in 2023.
