Christoph Lächler specialises in private equity and M&A transactions, advising German and international investors and companies on cross-border company acquisitions and sales, add-on transactions, joint ventures and other cooperation agreements. His clients include strategic investors as well as family equity investors. Christoph also has special expertise in the life Sciences and healthcare sectors with a focus on advising on M&A transactions related to outpatient and inpatient services.

Christoph joined CMS in 2007 and was made partner in 2017. Alongside his legal practice, he has been a lecturer at Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship since 2011.
