Claudia Böhmer specialises in enforcing trademark and design rights in and out of court. She is also experienced in the legal review of advertising campaigns, advising and representing companies, among others, in the context of anti-competitive behaviour of competitors. Her clients mainly include consumer goods manufacturers.

Claudia joined CMS in 2020 after four years with an IP boutique firm. Since 2023 she has been Counsel of the law fim.
