Daniela Rindone advises German and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, with a focus on preparing and implementing restructuring as well as outsourcing and personnel adjustment measures, including negotiations with employee representatives. She also advises companies on mobile working, working from home and remote workforce management.
Daniela is co-head of the firm‘s “New Work” competence cluster, which pools CMS' expertise in this area across all business units to consult on correspondinng projects.
After three years with CMS from 2013 to 2016, Daniela joined the employment law department of a major multinational automotive supplier as in-house lawyer. She returned to CMS in 2018 and was made counsel in 2022. Alongside her legal practice, Daniela is a mediator specialising in commercial mediation.
