Daniela Rindone advises German and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, with a focus on the preparation and implementation of restructuring, outsourcing and personnel adjustment measures, including negotiations with employee representatives. Furthermore, Daniela advises companies on the establishment and termination of employment contracts and service agreements and in the context of insolvency-related reorganisations. Her practice also focusses on assisting companies with the introduction of new ways of working, particularly advising on mobile working, working from home and employee management in a remote work context, as well as on all issues related to the recording of working hours and support by IT systems. This includes negotiations with employee representatives.

Daniela is Co-Head of the CMS cluster of excellence for "Workplace Safety & New Work", which brings together all of the firm’s expertise in this field across all practice areas to advise clients on corresponding projects.

After three years with CMS from 2013 to 2016, Daniela joined a major multinational automotive supplier as in-house lawyer in the central employment law department before returning to CMS in 2018. She has been a counsel since 2022.
