Eva Graske advises and represents life sciences companies, with a focus on the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology sector. She specialises in unfair competition and healthcare advertising law, product liability and pharmaceutical law. Eva also advises her clients on R&D, cooperation and distribution agreements as well as on healthcare compliance.

Eva joined CMS in 2014. In 2017, she was seconded to the German subsidiary of an internationally operating US pharmaceutical company. She has been a counsel since 2020.
